Creative Interiors has been creating luxury, bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms for homes in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire for over 50 years. Boasting a beautiful showroom in the heart of Derby and with a team of experts on hand, Creative Interiors has historically relied on word-of-mouth recommendations for its custom. Our challenge was to help raise the brand profile online to reach new customers in a highly targeted demographic, ensuring Creative Interiors was front of mind for anyone considering a renovation in the near future. Our target audience was very specific – we had to reach affluent homeowners in a small geographical radius around Derbyshire.

  • Elevate the brand’s online profile in the East Midlands
  • Boost footfall to the showroom
  • Reach new customers in the right demographic
  • Showcase real-life renovations and showroom offering

Social Media

As Creative Interiors’ audience is highly localised, our strategy for its Facebook and Instagram channels focused on publishing content that showcased real-life homes, customer testimonials, and showroom content, as well as the brands it supplies, providing ideas and inspiration to followers. As part of this targeted approach, we also ran advertising campaigns each month to reach potential customers targeted by location, interests, age and affluence.

Rebrand

As an interiors business aesthetics are key, so we worked with our trusted design agency Parry Creative to bring the look and feel of the Creative Interiors brand right up to date, with a contemporary new logo, website banners, social profile assets and more. We captured a suite of new photography to give customers a look inside the showroom, highlight the premium suppliers available, and introduce the friendly team of experts on hand to work with customers.

Website Content

In collaboration with Parry Creative, we also rebuilt the website to incorporate the rebrand and new photography, at the same time refreshing copy to make the showroom’s offering and renovation process clear and simple. We also created a blog page and published inspirational content every month, in turn boosting SEO and strengthening Google ranking.

Customer Case Studies

To showcase the renovation projects Creative Interiors delivered and help potential customers envisage their own home transformations, we worked closely with previous customers to create a variety of case studies. We visited customers’ homes to photograph their renovations once completed and conducted interviews to gain insight into their experiences, gather testimonials, and develop case studies for the new site and across social media.

Email Campaigns

As well as reaching new customers, it was important we continued to communicate with previous customers too, to ensure Creative Interiors was front-of-mind should they want to renovate another room in their home. To do this, we drafted, built and distributed monthly email newsletters to the company’s database, sharing top interior tips, the latest news from the showroom, and more.

Advertising and local PR

To further support this online activity, and to effectively reach the localised affluent demographic, we worked closely with Derbyshire Life, a premium regional lifestyle publication, to secure editorial features and design double page spread advertisements. This coverage and exposure has helped to raise the profile of the business among target customers and to further showcase the showroom.

Over the past four years, we have become a true extension of the Creative Interiors team, acting as their marketing department for all branding, creative, social media, and PR needs. Through this, we have successfully cemented Creative Interiors as the go-to destination for new and existing customers looking to renovate, targeting the right demographic in a localised area to raise the profile of the business, drive footfall, and ultimately increase sales.
